    The NOHrD SwingWeights and Tower consists of 4 pairs of hand weights weighing 2, 4, 6 and 8 kg held on a freestanding solid wood stand.

    A stylish and practical alternative to traditional kettlebells, each SwingWeight consists of a solid wood handle attached to a hand-stitched leather case. For weight, each case contains tiny iron pellets that support the dynamic imbalance of your movement by shifting within the case - delivering extra stimulus for your joints, muscles and connective tissue.

    HAND-STITCHED, GENUINE LEATHER

    All NOHrD SwingWeights are made of high-quality genuine leather and hand-stitched to guarantee quality. An integrated metal splint ensures the structural integrity of each weight.

    SOLID WOOD GRIP

    The SwingWeight handles are ergonomically formed from solid, oiled, wood to ensure a secure and comfortable grip. The end of each handle is inscribed with its weight in kilograms.

    FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH  

    Conventional, static, weights focus on linear movements that train large muscle groups.  In contrast, the iron pellet filling shifts within the SwingWeights leather pouch to stimulate smaller stabilising muscles and connective tissue.    

    GUIDED WORKOUTS

    Included with the SwingWeights is a comprehensive exercise manual.  This can be placed in the holder on top of the SwingTower so that it is easily visible during a workout.  Alternatively, place a smartphone or tablet in the holder to watch exercise video tutorials.  

    PORTABLE DESIGN

    The SwingWeights and Tower are easily moved around the home or gym.  Allowing you to workout where you want and when you want to.   

    REDUCED IMPACT

    Much softer on impact than a regular kettlebell.   Several popular exercises kettlebell exercises involve the weight hitting the forearms and legs, which can cause discomfort and bruising.  The SwingWeights soft leather case removes this problem.
